Qëhê-cèjèqo Bî (/ˈqëhɘ/ /cèˈʤèqo/ [practical; pragmatic] [honey]) is a temperate Town located in the Fîthdekî Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Qëhê-cèjèqo Bî is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Qëhê-cèjèqo Bî was founded by Tshêthèdo Trèbêbrí, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Qëhê-cèjèqo Bî has a yearly average temperature of 24°C (75°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 28°C (82°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 21°C (69°F). Qëhê-cèjèqo Bî receives an average of 266 cm/y (104 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Qëhê-cèjèqo Bî covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 1510 m (4954 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Qëhê-cèjèqo Bî was founded durring the late 13th century in winter of the year 1190, by Tshêthèdo Trèbêbrí. The establishment of Qëhê-cèjèqo Bî was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Tshêthèdo Trèbêbrí electing to pay people to resettle in Qëhê-cèjèqo Bî.
Qëhê-cèjèqo Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Qëhê-cèjèqo Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Qëhê-cèjèqo Bî is buildings are located arround a single premissive split-log ties mainstreet which forms a clockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town posesses a mighty albit amaturly crafted stone wall. It was built using querried stone blocks and posesses all of the standard defencive features, including a few watch towers. While it would last against a siege, the wall's outdated and simplistic construction method percludes the possability of Qëhê-cèjèqo Bî weathering a full scale bombardment durring a siege. The town's budget focused millitary grade defenses are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the towns defences.
Looking around Qëhê-cèjèqo Bî you immediately realise that the locals are looking back at you. All of them. Everywhere you look somone is staring back at you analytically, looking over every inch of you, your gear, and your companions. As you get close to people, their hands move closer to their belt knife, or dagger. You may want to watch where you go and what you say...

Qëhê-cèjèqo Bî has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
Qëhê-cèjèqo Bî has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Qëhê-cèjèqo Bî's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Qëhê-cèjèqo Bî has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Qëhê-cèjèqo Bî has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
The locals are convinced that there is some terrible threat against them working from within their society. It may be a matter of dark sorcerers, foreign spies, traitorous neighbors, shape shifting monsters, or some other hidden evil. This evil may be a recent fear, or it may be an inherited peril they’ve always had to guard against. The danger itself may or may not exist, or if it exists it may not justify the steps being taken.
Qëhê-cèjèqo Bî's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for the combined use of arcuated and trabeated construction, employing arches and constructed with post and lintel. The arch served as the style's chief structural element, with flanking columns serving as buttresses or decorations. While the general shape of their structures could be generously described as simplistic, the use of these arches and columns created a most distinct ascetic which is easily distinguishable on sight to armatures and experts alike.
Due to the actions of local Kami, winter is short in Qëhê-cèjèqo Bî.
The Lurker in Light near Qëhê-cèjèqo Bî are known to be almost tame, such that they can be put to domestic use.
Qëhê-cèjèqo Bî's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in spring and involves long periods of drunkenness to channel Charm energies of tier 2 via recitation of poetic epics.

Qëhê-cèjèqo Bî lost 221 people and 119 livestock in the disaster.. The deadly heat is remembered by most as the Death's Flame.
